Astro PlayerTerms of Use
1. Acceptance
By installing or using Astro Player, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What Astro Player is
Astro Player is a personal media player. It only plays content that users access themselves with the access code they received from a provider. Astro Player does not sell, host, provide or recommend any content, and has no relationship with the content servers used by providers.
3. Access code
Access is enabled by a code issued by a provider. The conditions of that access (validity, number of devices, available content) are set between you and the provider. Questions about the code, username or password must be addressed to whoever supplied them.
4. Responsibility for content
You are solely responsible for the content you access through the app and must have the right to access it. Using Astro Player to play content without the rights holder's permission, or for any unlawful purpose, is prohibited.
5. Copyright
Astro Player respects copyright. Rights holders who identify improper use linked to an access code can write through the Support page identifying the work and the use. Providers who use the app improperly may have their codes blocked.
6. Permitted use of the app
- The app is licensed for personal, non-exclusive use, with no right to resell the app itself.
- You may not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app, or attempt to bypass the device limit or the security of the system.
7. Availability
The app is provided "as is". We may update, change or discontinue features, perform maintenance and require a new version to be installed to keep using it. We do not guarantee that the app will run without interruption or on every device.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Astro Player is not liable for content accessed by users, for the availability of providers' content servers, or for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
9. Blocking
Access may be suspended or blocked in case of breach of these terms, unlawful use, or at the request of the provider of the access code.
10. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use the app afterwards means accepting the new version. If the Portuguese and English versions differ, the Portuguese version prevails.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the user's place of residence have jurisdiction.
